Scott brings with him nearly ten years of experience in Cheerleading. He started his journey in cheerleading as a member of Cheer Extreme's (NC) coed squad in high school, leading them to their first Coed National Championship. He quickly moved up among the ranks of UCA Staff in the Southeast region during college as a head instructor and shortly after graduating, accepted a full time position as the Southeast Regional Development Director with the Varsity Family Plan. In addition to being a VIP Host for Athletic Championships, Scott currently holds the position of "Director of the Varsity Network" and is active in his pariticipation with the Varsity All Star initiative. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
